With the purchase of this SOUND SOLUTION SERIES CD-ROM through Masterbits direct mailing or an authorized dealer you obtained the right to use the sound files for music productions (this does not apply to purchased used CDs).
You can use all sound files for private and even commercial projects, as long as the sound files are embedded in a musical context and are not used for offers of similar content and/or are of comparable nature.
In other words: You can make songs, jingles, soundtracks etc. with the sound files, as long as they are embedded in an arrangement. Or vice versa: You can't use the samples "free standing" and by themselves!
LICENSE EXTENSION / Sound Solutions No. 17
Due to the nature of this special Multimedia Sound Library, you may want use these sound files as "stand alone" i. e. for your own videos, your private homepage or similar projects. In comparison to our standard license this is allowed for private applications.
FURTHER OPTIONS / Sound Solution No. 17 PRO version
If you want to use these sound files "stand alone" for a commercial project or production such as Business Websites, TV/Broadcasting Ads, Company Presentations, Movies & Commercial Videos, PC Games, etc., you have to buy (or upgrade to) the special PRO VERSION of this CD-ROM which grants you this right (see below).
However, for obvious reasons you're not allowed to use the sound files (including parts of it or edited versions) for similar or comparable products (Sampling Libraries / Sound CDs, Synthesizer / Sampler content, FTP Server / Websites or any other Sound Sources).
