Our return policy	We´ll replace any defective product immediately at our cost, however we cannot accept returns for any other reasons. Fortunately the error rate is below 1% so far. If you happen to receive a defective product, please call us or send us a message within 5 business days of purchasing the item/s and request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Packages returned to us without a RMA # will not be accepted.
